defriction is four developers in Colombia. No account managers, no hand-offs: the people on your call are the ones who write, review and ship the code. AI is part of the team, and our own products run on the same stack we build yours on.

How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. Quick wins (notification bots, simple automations): 3–5 days. Standard integrations (CRM, dashboards, payments): 2–3 weeks. Full operational systems: 4+ weeks. You get an exact plan after the diagnosis call.
How much does it cost?
The diagnosis is free. After it you get a closed scope and price before we write any code — no surprises. Our own products have their own plans; Sinnet, for example, has no fixed fee and the first tournament is free.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. What we build feels like the tools you already use — WhatsApp, Telegram or a clean web app. We train your team and leave short video guides.
Is my data secure?
We encrypt data in transit, use self-hosted infrastructure where it protects your data, protect admin access with two-factor authentication and sign an NDA before starting if you need one.
Do you work with companies outside Colombia?
Yes. We work in Spanish and English, async by default with one weekly review. Colombian specifics like DIAN, PSE or Nequi are a bonus, not a requirement.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. APIs change and businesses grow, so we offer maintenance covering updates, monitoring and fixes, plus improvement retainers.
