Overview
Gravamenex is the REST API we built to issue DIAN fiscal documents from any software. An integrator authenticates once and issues on behalf of many companies — each with its own NIT, certificate, numbering ranges and fiscal profile, fully isolated. You send JSON; we validate, sign, send to the DIAN asynchronously and notify you with a signed webhook, plus the XML, the PDF with its QR code and the attached document.
Who it's for
- 01 ERP, POS and SaaS products that need to invoice in Colombia without becoming DIAN experts.
- 02 Integrators that issue on behalf of many small businesses from a single account.
- 03 Our own products: Stocksify already issues through Gravamenex.
Features
Invoices, credit and debit notes
Available today: electronic sales invoices, credit notes and debit notes, with authorized numbering ranges.
Multi-company by design
One API key, many issuing companies — each with its own certificate, DIAN ranges, fiscal profile and templates.
Asynchronous and idempotent
Idempotency keys, automatic retries and per-document status. A retry never duplicates an invoice.
Signed webhooks
HMAC-signed events for accepted, rejected, manual review and artifacts ready.
Sandbox with a DIAN simulator
Build and test the whole flow end to end before touching production.
PDF and email with each company's brand
Per-company templates for the PDF with QR and CUFE and for the buyer's email. Resend or regenerate without re-issuing to the DIAN.
Built for developers
OpenAPI spec, typed 4xx/422 responses, per-minute rate limits and separate development and production environments.
