defriction designs and builds digital products and automated workflows, including n8n automations, integrations, AI chatbots, and custom tooling. The specific scope of any project is defined in a separate written proposal or agreement.
2. Engagements & Payment
Project scope, timelines, and fees are agreed before work begins. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due as specified in the applicable proposal.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you are yours. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, libraries, and general know-how used to build them.
4. Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential and are happy to sign an NDA before starting any project.
5. Warranties & Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms or APIs beyond our control. Maintenance plans are available to keep your automations running.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, defriction shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable agreement. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which defriction operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
